Chaintiques wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier.

Our goal

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test the site against those guidelines and fix problems as we find them.

What’s in place

• Keyboard navigation: every link, button, and menu works with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are and a link that skips straight to the main content.
• Color contrast: text, buttons, and focus outlines use colors with enough contrast to read against their backgrounds.
• Alt text: photos of the shop and its merchandise have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Readable text sizes: body text is at least 16 pixels, and the layout adjusts when you zoom in with your browser.

Known limits

Google Maps, Google’s review form, and Facebook are run by other companies, so we can’t control how accessible they are. The booth inquiry form is a PDF that may be hard to fill out with a screen reader; you can apply by email or phone instead.
